Infrastructure is a very basic thing and the foundation of any country’s development. This has things like roads, bridges, electricity, water supply, public buildings, and transport systems like buses and trains. When these things are built and work properly, they help people to live more comfortably, and help businesses also to run smoothly and grow quickly.

But if somehow they don’t build properly or are done in a hurry, it can cause big problems, especially if the general public suffers the most. Also, it wastes a lot of government money and can slow down the country’s progress.

When the government built these things without proper planning, it wasted a lot of money and time. For example, if the government plans to make a new road in a place where people hardly hardly anyone lives or drives, then the road will not be used much and it will lead to a waste of time and money. Businesses see this too. If any country builds unnecessary things constantly and keeps spending money every year to repair them, companies might not be interested in investing there. Because businesses like to work in these places where everything is planned well and works smoothly. If things are confusing, they feel it’s too difficult and may prefer to invest in other countries instead.
